Day 1 – Project Planning
Defined project objectives, deployment strategy, infrastructure requirements, and migration roadmap.
Day 2 – Ubuntu Server Installation
Installed Ubuntu Server, updated packages, configured networking, and prepared the environment.
Day 3 – PostgreSQL Setup
Installed PostgreSQL, created the application database, configured users, and tested connectivity.
Day 4 – Application Deployment
Installed and configured the Help Desk application, verified application functionality, and resolved initial deployment issues.
Next Milestone
Prepare for migration to AWS EC2 and Amazon RDS.
