Enterprise Help Desk Migration
From on-premises deployment to AWS cloud modernization. A complete infrastructure engineering case study.
Project Overview
MC-001 documents the complete lifecycle of an enterprise IT Help Desk platform. The project starts with an on-premises deployment for testing and learning, followed by migration to AWS infrastructure and future modernization into a cloud-native architecture.
Business Problem
Organizations require an efficient platform to manage IT incidents, service requests, asset information and user support operations. The objective is to design a reliable, secure and scalable Help Desk solution that demonstrates enterprise infrastructure and cloud engineering practices.
